Acid Black Cherry, led by yasu, celebrates his 50th birthday with the digital relaunch of 11 albums. Fans are treated to new mixes, remastered tracks, and a fresh visual to mark this milestone.

On January 27th, yasu, the former vocalist of Janne Da Arc and the driving force behind Acid Black Cherry, celebrates his 50th birthday with an exciting announcement. The project’s complete catalog of 11 albums is now available for streaming again across major platforms. This relaunch includes fresh mixes and remastering of classic works such as BLACK LIST, Q.E.D., 2012, and L -エル-, alongside the beloved cover albums Recreation 1 and Recreation 2.

Notably, Recreation 1 and Recreation 2 have been updated with newly arranged and recorded tracks, offering a reimagined take on songs previously featured in tribute albums. These updates breathe new life into the albums while honoring their original charm.

Additionally, Acid Black Cherry debuts under the new label “LtOVES,” founded by producer Shintaro Kikuchi. Accompanying this milestone is the release of a new artist photo, showcasing yasu’s enduring charisma.

In a heartfelt message to fans, yasu reflected on his ongoing recovery since pausing activities in 2017 due to a cervical spine injury. He expressed gratitude for their patience, promising to continue progressing toward full recovery: “I haven’t yet become the ‘singing old man’ I aspire to be, but I’m making steady progress. I look forward to the day I can see everyone again.”
