About Fujii Kaze

Born on June 14, 1997, in Okayama, Japan, Fujii Kaze started playing classical piano at a young age, influenced by his father. He began uploading cover performances to YouTube at 12, gradually gaining attention for his skill and unique arrangements. In 2020, he made his official debut with the album HELP EVER HURT NEVER, followed by a solo concert at Tokyo’s Nippon Budokan later that year.

Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, he performed Fujii Kaze ‘Free’ Live 2021 at NISSAN Stadium, a no-audience live broadcast from Kanagawa’s Nissan Stadium. He also made his first appearance on NHK Kōhaku Uta Gassen in 2021.

In 2022, he released his second album, LOVE ALL SERVE ALL, and received the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology’s Newcomer Award in the Arts category. His song Shinunoga E-Wa became particularly popular overseas, ranking as the most-streamed Japanese song internationally on Spotify for two consecutive years (2022 and 2023).
