On May 21, THE YELLOW MONKEY announced their much-anticipated nationwide hall tour, “THE YELLOW MONKEY TOUR 2024/25 ～Sparkleの惑星X.” This tour marks their first hall tour in 26 years, following the release of their 10th original album, “Sparkle X,” set to drop on May 29.
The tour will commence on October 15 at Kanagawa Kenmin Hall and culminate on April 30, 2025, at Tokyo’s NHK Hall, encompassing 30 performances in total. A significant highlight includes the commemorative concert at Nippon Budokan on December 28, celebrating the band’s 35th anniversary.
The members expressed their excitement, stating:
“It’s been a long time since our last hall tour. THE YELLOW MONKEY thrives on releasing albums and touring, and we are eagerly looking forward to reconnecting with our fans nationwide during this special tour.”
Ticket pre-sales for the tour are currently available for members of the official fan club, BELIEVER., starting from noon on May 21. Additionally, TYM STORAGE subscription service members can access pre-sales from noon on June 8. Fans purchasing the first press limited edition or the initial press of the regular edition of “Sparkle X” will also receive a serial number for ticket pre-sale lottery entries.
